YOU SUBMIT INFORMATION TO THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SECTION 3 OF THIS POLICY IS NOT SATISFIED BY ANY SECURITY MEASURE DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION, AND NOTHING IN THIS SECTION AUTHORIZES THE SUBMISSION OF CLASSIFIED, CONTROLLED, OR EXPORT-CONTROLLED INFORMATION THROUGH THE SITE.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND FUNCTIONALITY PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. KAZE DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KAZE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, OR YOUR SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION THROUGH THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF KAZE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL KAZE’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KAZE, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your submission of any classified, controlled, export-controlled, proprietary, or otherwise restricted information in violation of Section 3; (c) your violation of this Privacy Policy or any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any right of a third party.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services not operated or controlled by KAZE. KAZE is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability arising from, the privacy practices, content, security, or availability of any third-party website or service. Your interactions with any linked third party are governed solely by that party’s terms and policies, and you access such third-party sites at your own risk.

13. User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other unsolicited materials to KAZE through the Site (excluding information prohibited under Section 3), you grant KAZE a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such submissions for any purpose, without any obligation of attribution or compensation to you. You represent that any such submission does not violate the intellectual property, confidentiality, or other rights of any third party.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended solely for business, government, aerospace, and defense audiences and is not directed to children. KAZE does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If KAZE becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, KAZE will take reasonable steps to delete such information. If you believe a child has provided information to KAZE, contact us using the information in Section 20.

15. International Visitors and Data Transfers

The Site is operated from, and information is processed and stored in, the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your information in the United States, a jurisdiction whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence. KAZE primarily serves U.S. government, aerospace, and defense customers and does not target its Site to residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with comprehensive data protection regimes; nothing in this Policy should be construed as an offer of services to such individuals or as a representation of compliance with any non-U.S. data protection law.

16. Your Choices

You may decline to provide certain information, with the understanding that this may limit KAZE’s ability to respond to your inquiry or provide certain functionality. Where required by applicable state law, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; requests to exercise any such rights may be submitted using the contact information in Section 20 and will be evaluated in accordance with applicable law. KAZE reserves the right to verify the identity of any requester and to decline a request where permitted by law, including where the request implicates information subject to a legal, contractual, export-control, or security-related retention obligation.

17. Export Control and Government Disclosures

Given the nature of KAZE’s business, KAZE may be required to disclose information, including information collected through the Site, to U.S. government agencies in connection with export licensing, regulatory compliance, security clearance processing, contractual reporting, or national security matters. By using the Site, you acknowledge that such disclosures may occur and agree that KAZE’s compliance with such legal and regulatory obligations shall not constitute a breach of this Policy.
